No Refund will be made. |
1. If any amendments to the booking are made within the required advance notice period as mentioned above, require a refund of payment (reduction of night, number of room, or number of person), the appropriate fee charges of the total booking value will be charged.
2. If any amendments to the booking are made that result in the increase of booking value, there are NO fees charges
3. In case of NO-SHOW or early check out,
no refund will be made.
(Considered as cancellation without the required advance notice)
4. Amendment, any changes to your reservation must be made through our office
not less than 5 business days prior to check-in date and NOT through the hotel reservations office. This applies to change of dates, extension of stay, early check out, delayed arrival or cancellation in full or in part.
5. You must present the reservation voucher upon your arrival at the hotel.
6. All requests for additional nights or rooms are subject to room availability.
7. Amendments are only effective when we have confirmed by email.
8. The Service Provider will not be responsible for any additional charges incurred after cancellations/ amendments without confirmation from our side.
9. This Refund/Cancellation Policy shall be read together with the www.MyHotel2u.com Guest Terms of Use Agreement.
